"Extremely Poor Claim Experience – Avoid at All Costs Health insurance is supposed to support you during emergencies, but my experience here was the exact opposite. The claim handling was chaotic, delayed, and completely unprofessional. Despite multiple calls to claim support, no one could clearly explain why a query was raised or what was actually required. Every interaction gave a different, vague answer, with zero ownership or accountability. This kind of treatment during a health-related situation is unacceptable. The process feels designed to delay and frustrate customers, not help them. Paying premiums is meaningless if, at the time of need, you’re left chasing clueless support teams. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this insurer."

"One of the Worst Insurance company which cheats their customers with hidden clauses. They will never clarify capping attached to the policy as that's where they cheat their innocent customer. Never buy their policy through any bank. There you will be treated as if you are an alien from some other country who entered India unofficially. Their customer care is rude. I bought policy for my mother 10 yrs ago through PNB for mother but in 2025 they released only 1 lac out of 4 lacs billed by fraudulent hospital Yashoda in Kaushambi - Ghaziabad citing some capping which no one ever told us since 10 yrs. They don't send hard copy and reading all clauses on phone is not possible. Wish I could give them -500 stars for cheating their customers."
